Leo E. Mesa, Psy.D.

Dr. Leo Mesa:

Dr. Leo Mesa is President/CEO of Reflections Wellness Center, Inc., a Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations approved counseling center.  He is the founder and Executive Director of Healing Hearts Foundation, a non-profit organization that equips and empowers individuals, families and community groups on family issues.  Dr. Mesa has received two gubernatorial appointments – as Vice Chair of Florida’s Commission on Responsible Fatherhood and as current Chairman of the Commission on Marriage and Family Support Initiatives.  In 2004, Dr. Mesa became the first Latino elected President of the Broward Domestic Violence Council and completed his term in 2005.  Dr. Mesa has been in the counseling profession for 18 years and for the past 15 years has been providing counseling services to families, couples and children.  He serves the community in various capacities, and he is a speaker, trainer and consultant.
