Profile:Lawrence Simon
Lawrence J. Simon, Psy.D. serves as President of the CAU Alumni Association. He received his Masters degree of Science from Nova Southeastern University and recently completed his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Forensic Psychology at Carlos Albizu University.

Dr. Simon is the founder and CEO of LJS International Training and Consulting Services Inc., providing innovative training to forensic and law enforcement agencies accross North America. Additionally, his company offers consulting services in criminal and forensic matters.

He is the author of the book titled “Murder by Numbers: Perspectives on Serial Sexual Violence.” He has interviewed hundreds of cold-blooded killers and sexual offenders within the Federal Bureau of Prisons and Florida Department of Corrections. He has investigated over hundreds of allegations of physical and sexual abuse against children with the Broward County Sheriff’s Office Child Protective Investigations Division. Dr. Simon has conducted research investigating personality differences and specific methodologies of homicide.

Dr. Simon is married to Ms. Anna Chuneyeva, also a CAU alumna and current member of the CAU Board of Directors.
