Profile:Dr. Seth Grossman jump-started his psychological career as a research associate for world renowned personality theorist Dr. Theodore Millon. Since that time Dr. Grossman has been an active research scholar and has coauthored dozens of Millon’s texts, publications, and instruments including the recently published 2nd edition of “Personality Disorders in Modern Life.”
Dr. Grossman completed his doctoral training in psychology at Carlos Albizu University in Miami, Florida. His recently completed doctoral dissertation set the groundwork for what will be known as the “Grossman Facet Subscales” of the MCMI-III.
Dr. Grossman has been a guest lecturer on personality and clinical assessment at various universities and professional settings throughout the country, Association in Boston, as well as the Eastern Psychological presentation on “Psychosynergy and the Millon Inventories” was to the joint armed forces psychology departments at the National Naval Military Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland.
Dr. Grossman is currently the Assistant Dean for the Institute for Advanced Studies in Personology and Psychopathology in Coral Gables, Florida and an adjunct professor and acting Research Coordinator specializing in clinical personality at Florida International University in Miami, Florida.
